I have herniated disk this is treated with mi insurance canbe benefit for me claim as a profecional injury and claim on workers comp to protect me from lose my job? how I do the change

You need to immediately report your injury to your supervisors. Your type of injury is called "Continuous Trauma' or CT which has no specific date of injury. However, you need to report to your employer and seek medical treatment provided by your employer.
