Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Discrepancy between contracts.

I signed an employment first & a stock options contract second. My employment contract says my stock options will vest in June at 33%, however, my stock options contract states they will vest in October at 25%, both with a cliff vest every month after. Which one is correct?
