Was I being discriminated against for my excercise equal opportunity at work ?ed

I was recently terminated from the company that I work for about 2 weeks ago. The reason I write this letter to you is that I really need help that I don't really know what is my subject of being terminated. I was working for this company almost 2 years. Till last 3 monthes with the new manager promoted into my department the issues start arise. Below are some of the situation that i went through.

1. I never got any advice from my manager when i ask for feedback

2. All incidents that I got into only a one side story, because my manager never give time to listen or even ask what going from me.

6. When i got into the problem which others team member, which is not my fault, I still got the write up for it

7. I request for 2 day vacation, from thrusday to friday. got terminated on Monday. I have not take any vacation for the past 2 years

8. ask for help from other team member or from my manager but no help.

10. My manager with hold information that faulty when report to his boss when i was out

11. THere are people in the group. Never show up, did not bother to call and nothing happen.

they dont need a reason to fire you and if they have one they dont need to tell you what it is.
