Legal Question in Employment Law in California

discrimination/residency/hiring/union

I was required to submit to requirements (many) that others were not subjected to in order to gain preferred hiring status. These steps caused my family extreme financial hardship. Others falsified documents and gave false statements,etc and were obviously not held to the same standards as set out in the contractual agreement.I wish to recover monetary damages and also to have this situation corrected, as it is also causing us emotional distress.
