Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Discrmination and Harrassment

Myself and a co-worker are continually deemed Vendors. We receive full time benefits as internal & hired as employees of this facility. We are continually asked to provide more and more info of files we have worked which are fully noted since day one. More so than one line ''status'' of files from the real outiside vendors. & told to do so even though they don't request that from outside Vendors. Our superior also a VP has sent a Memo to these people and advised to cease with no avail, we now receive twice as much e-mails and phone calls of our internal staff asking questions when it is clearly noted. One of their sprvsr's told us directly their staff of 100 doesn't have time to read notes. We are only a staff of 2 of & we do it all! We have complained to our Sprvsr for 2 years and nothing has been done. Other than told by that one to ''ignore'' it. False reports stating it was obtained by us has been ciruculated via email and its false info that degrades us. We barely found out the main Sprvsr. was just updated and basically told his hands are tied. We made a complaint with H.R. and no update since my 3/28/06 visit of at least acknowledging the issue was addressed. It's been a hostile environment here for 2 yrs. Help?!

Re: Discrmination and Harrassment

What is a vendor? Why is it bad to be "deemed a vendor?" Your question assumes that the people reading it know what you do and where you work. We do not. If you want to provide further details, feel free to respond to my private email.
