drug test termination

i was working for a company that i had to take a drug test and i passed. a month later i was tested again and i failed so they sent for another test at another place and i passed again. during this time they were to suspened in which they did not i passed my other test as well and they said every thing was ok i would just have to sign a random drug test form i said ok and resumed working until last tuesday the corp. office sent me a letter dismissing me after my manager and district manager said no proble every thing was ok. do i have any legal rights to get my job back? i have worked for this company for 6 months.

Probably not. Under California law, unless there is a written contract an employer can fire an employee for just about any reason or even though reason at all.
