Drug testing after a Co. buyout.

When does drug testing become an invasion of my fourth amendment rights. What recourse do I have to dispute the validity of so called drug testing. What rights do I have in this type of case. I do not now nor have I ever used any drugs perscription or not that will affect job performance at, before, or during work.

Unless you are a government employee there is no fourth amendment violation. The fourth amendment protects you from searches by the government. A private corporation is not the government.
