Drug usage by boss at workplace everyday
The office manager does drugs everyday at work. The owner know and does nothing about it. She does it infront of me and others. She is suppose to be the person I go to when I have a problem and when I do she tell everyone what we discussed. She even tell the person who I have concerns about. I have gone to the owner and he knows but he trust her completley. I even have proof that she is stealing his money. All that has done is caused the rest of the employees to treat me rude and he is trying to replace me. I know because the manager told everyone that I was getting fired and they passed it on. The anxiety is tearing me up in side, I cant sleep, my psorasis is really bad right now, I went to the doctor and I have work related injuries carpal tunnel and tendinitis and high blood pressure. I am losing my hair, I am just a mess. And this manager is enjoying the whole thing. Now I called my doctor to make sure they fax me a copy of workmans comp form that she filled out and they said I had to bring them one. The person (best friends with the manager) told me I did not need a form from her my doctor would just report it.
