Legal Question in Employment Law in California

EEO Matter

My youngest daughter filed an official EEO complaint with the EEOC in Los Angeles. The complaint was predicated upon a despicable behavior she experienced at a sandwich shop she worked in when she was 16. The manager grabbed her butt and engaged in sexually offensive talk and language. Do you think she has a civil case against her employer?

Not only is that sexual harassment it is also a a criminal assault upon a minor. She is well within her rights to file a lawsuit.
