Legal Question in Employment Law in California
EEO Matter
My youngest daughter filed an official EEO complaint with the EEOC in Los Angeles. The complaint was predicated upon a despicable behavior she experienced at a sandwich shop she worked in when she was 16. The manager grabbed her butt and engaged in sexually offensive talk and language. Do you think she has a civil case against her employer?

Yes she has a case for battery, sexual harrassment, hostile work place, sexual discrimination, and more. She should bring a lawyer with her to the EEOC conference. Contact me directly 19 years experience.
Re: EEO Matter
Not only is that sexual harassment it is also a a criminal assault upon a minor. She is well within her rights to file a lawsuit.
