Legal Question in Employment Law in California

EEOC ruled in our FAVOR..

The EEOC ruled in our favor(my wife and I) now they asked us to calculate how money we lost in reulst of firing us. also the invistigator told us to put a dollar amount on pain and suffering. I think there is a mediation session soon. ... any recomendation on how much we should ask??????

There is no way to know with the limited facts provided. I would recommend paying an employment attorney at least a few hours for a consultation to review your case and calculate a reasonable number.
