Legal Question in Employment Law in California

emotional abuse by law enforcement

if a person works for a federal agency, as an informant what responsiblity does the agency have? I worked as an informant for this agency and would meet my "boss" to give him reports. Because of all my abuse in the past I became very vulnerable to this man. We became intimate for a long period of time. I betrayed two husbands to be with him I concealed my rape by an aquaintance to protect him. Now seventeen years later I have attempted suicide I have been in a mental health hospital three times because of him. My doctor said he abused his power and position and used me in the worst kind of way. He crossed the line when he went from a working relationship to an intimante one. I am suicidal everyday and not even able to work because of the pain and overwhelming dispair. Can I file a complaint against the agent and agency? It is very hard to explain all of this.

thanks

jackie

I don't know whether you have a case or not that he should probably have a consultation with a lawyer who handles civil rights cases.
