Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Emotional infidelity

My husband and I decided to get

separated. Then he found text

messages on my phone from a single

co-worker that were mutually

friendly and flirtatious. My husband is

furious and works with attorneys and

wants to call the principal of the

school where I work. Will the

principal be required by law to do

anything? Will he be required to fire

or suspend my co-worker for

repeatedly flirting with a married

woman, even though it was mutual?

? Help! How do I convince my

husband not to call the principal?

Re: Emotional infidelity

It is not likely that the Principal would be required to do anything. If you are getting divorced you should not speak to your husband but communicate through an attorney. Contact me directly.
