Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I am employed at Kaiser Permanente. I have been a short-hour/ part-time employee for four years and have long yearned to become at least 20+ hours/ fully benefited. However, my employers have been trying their hardest for years to prevent my conversion even breaking rules such as skipping over me when calling for coverage. The union does not help despite knowing about the blatant immoral actions. Is it possible for me to get outside legal help or am I stuck with my union?

"Immoral" is not "illegal." Nothing you have described is illegal.
