Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I have been employed for about 4 months part time, and the company has been giving me less & less hours. In the past 3 weeks, they have NOT given me ANY hours - but yet hav enot layed me off. Am I considered still employed if they do not give me any hours? Is this legal? I went from 20-30 Hrs to Zero hours.

You have been laid off. You need to file for unemployment.
