I am currently employed and I am suffering from work related stress, I had a break down at work due to a verbaliy toxic and offencive person from our head office. I was not offered w/c and needed to seek medical from my PCP. I was taken off of work for 3 weeks and was refered to a psychaitrist and was given zoloft and ativan. what are my options?

You need to file a worker's compensation claim against your employer for stress. If your employer refused to send you to a doctor or accept your claim, you should retain an experienced worker's compensation attorney who will send you to a doctor.
