Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I have been employed for 3 yrs and have never recieved a pay increase along with other fellow employees is this legal? we have thought about going to corporate but are afraid we may be fired if we do.

There is no law that requires employers to provide pay raises. It is completely up to the discretion of management whether to offer raises or not. The only limitation is that raises cannot be given on a discriminatory basis.
