Employee Termination
My question is this If you are terminated from your employer. Can you demand to receive a copy of the Employee handbook. If so, and Human Resources refuse to give you one. What would be the best way to go about getting one.

You are entitled to examine your personnel file. You should have received the handbook during your employment. Perhaps a friend at the company has a copy. Good luck!

The only documents an employer is legally required to give a former employee are documents that they signed relating to their employment. If you signed the employee handbook when you first were issued one, you should request a copy.
