Legal Question in Employment Law in California
employee vs employee
I work at a dental office who routinely takes cases to an outpatient surgery center . I do not get along with one of the centers RN's. I do not engage in personal conversations with this person. Subsequently she wrote a 4 page letter to the facilitys director. She also faxed a copy to my employer. I am no longer allowed to work there because of this allthough still I have privalges . Do I have legal right to a copy of this letter? Do I have any legal recourse ? Does she have to prove her accusations?
