Legal Question in Employment Law in California

employeer provided health insurance

employed by company 3 1/2 yrs. senior employee at company. all other employees were provided with health insurance. in hospital twice, no insurance. employee manual guarantees. asking company for medical costs (i am making payments) showing up as bad credit. all documentation. do i have a case against them?? what kind of law does this fall under?? please help me!

If your employer's benefit package gives employees medical insurance you may have an action under ERISA or for breach of contract. Which law applies will depend on who your employer is.
