Employees failing to clock in/out

Are employers required to pay wages for times when an

employee forgets to punch in/out (or there is an error in the

time clock and it does not properly record) for part/all of a

scheduled work day?

Yes, provided that you are otherwise able to establish that you worked during the time in question. The time clock is merely one piece of evidence establishing that you have worked the time in question. You may prove that you worked by other means.
