Legal Question in Employment Law in California
My employer change our health insurance last month; the insurance company has denied me coverage based I'm told on my Job title. I am a private chef. I have been one for the past 7 years and have never heard of a situation like this. I also add my long time partner to my insurance, my partner is male. The only other person in my company that has been denied is also a Gay man. Seem a little fish to me. Please help, and thank you.

It does seem a little fishy to me (but if you use some lemon juice, you might get rid of the smell).
