employer to employee laws

my employer who is a dentist got a pair of dental tweezers and stabbed my hand with it. is it against the law can i sue him

Any type of intentional battery is against the law. The facts you have provided are very limited so it is hard to answer without knowing more.

Hello. This depends on how serious of an injury you suffered.

If it was by accident, it should be covered under his general liability business insurance. If it was an intentional act and the injury was substantial, you can definitely proceed against him under several theories tort and employment law theories.
