Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My employer failed to tell me when I reached my PTO (paid time off) Accrual limit. So basically for 6mo to a year i haven't been accruing anything ... not just me company didn't inform anyone. Is there class action (about 300 employees) or personal litigation case?

p.s. so we like limit accrual at 240 and when you reach it it stops till you use it and it starts accruing again to that limit again.

Your question is unclear. Did your employer fail to tell you that you had reached a limit that was known to you, i.e., you knew there was a limit but not that you had hit it and they failed to tell you you hit it? Or do you mean your employer placed a limit on PTO accrual without telling anyone? That distinction makes all the difference in the world.
