Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Can employer force employees to use their vehicles to visit clients? I explained the condition of the vehicles (oil leak, etc) feeling uncomfortable but I was still told to go. Seems like boss will never listens. I'm getting stressed out. Need help.

As long as the employer reimburses you for mileage, they can require you to provide your own vehicle.
