Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employer forcing moving assistance on weekend.

I work as a computer programmer. My employer is moving office locations within the same building. The owner wants all employees to come in on a Saturday to pack their desks and to move their contents to the new location. He has explicitly stated not to perform any moving activities during business hours since he does not want to lose billable hours and does not plan on hiring movers. Are there any laws limiting the demands an employer can make with moving assistance during non-standard business hours?
