my former employer is with holding my paycheck because i do not have my uniform in return. what are my leagal rights?

It is unlawful for your former employer to withhold your paycheck for any reason. You are entitled to your wages plus one day's pay for every day you have to wait to get paid UP TO a maximum of 30 days PLUS attorneys' fees. Call an employment law attorney to get what is owed to you. You will need to return the uniform at some point. If not, the company can sue you for the value of it. 949-481-6909.
