Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employer Missed 3 Pay Periods.

I am in a company that has run out of money and is looking for investors, we have not been paid in 3 pay periods and was given no warning, I am worried that the company will go insolvent. What rights do I have to claim money and what avenues do i take. Company is based in Florida with employees (myself) working in California.

-You can file a Labor Board complaint against the company and any persons who made the decision to continue w/o paying the employees. Contact the labor board or an attorney for assistance. My Number is 805/641-6600.

If you intend to get paid, then your best recourse may be to file a claim with the wage and hour division at the US Department of Labor.
