Legal Question in Employment Law in California

an employer offered me a job not too long ago, June 25. and I had to quit my other 2 jobs because the new employer said they need me full time. Unfortunately, i lost my job last monday, they let me go for NO REASON and WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. I'm a single mom and don't think that what they did was right because they knew that i had to quit my previous jobs for them..and now they put me in a very bad situation. i wish they gave me AT LEAST A NOTICE SO I CAN FIND ANOTHER JOB.I have a son to support too
