Legal Question in Employment Law in California
what can a employer say/can not say about a previos emplyee
I work for The United States Postal Service and i requested for a transfer to another facility. My supervisor gave me a bad evaluation to another supervisor and said things bad about me that were not true. Because of this, I was denied a position
at the other facility. What can a employer say or can not say about your previous job performance.

Re: what can a employer say/can
Legally they can say anything that is true. If untrue, they would be subject to possible lawsuit.
