can an employer termanate my applacation for not knowing year and mouth of previus employers when they are aleady on my application.

They can terminate your application for not tying your shoes in a double knot if they want. Unless it is based on illegal discrimination, such as for race, gender, etc., an employer can terminate your application for any reason they feel like, or even no reason at all.
