Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employer will not pay for Health Insurance while on Worker's Comp

I was injured on the job and am on

worker's comp. The company stopped

paying for my

health insurance as soon as I was

injured and gave me COBRA which I

have to pay for. Is this legal?
