Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employment Contract

Prior to acceptance of employment, I had the company supply in writting of how many hours I would be promissed to work on a daily basis. I did receive an offer letter stating that I would be given 10 hours a day. Since I was a hourly paid employee, this was to protect how much I would be paid.Q:Can I place a lawsuit against the company for breech of contract due to the company refusing to supply me with the hours we agreed upon?

Re: Employment Contract

Possibly, but I would need to see the employment agreement that you and your employer entered into.
