Employment Drug Screening
I applied for a position as a Phamacy Tech in a Hospital and failed the drug screen test,tested positive for THC. Does the hospital report these findings to the state pharmacy board and is it public record? Is there an appeal process?

it is not reported and is not public record. there is no appeal but you can ask the Co. to retest you if you think there was an error and they can retest if they want to.
