Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employment equestion

My husband had several job interviews in one day and had three locations say that they would hire him. He chose the one with the closest location and the highest pay. and turned the other two down. When he got there for his orientation the lady says '' why are you here? no one called you? we ment to hire a RN not an LVN sorry.''

can he sue for lost wages from the other two locations that he turned down for this one???
