Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employment Law

I filed a wrongful termination lawsuit. What do I do after receiving a motion to dismiss paperwork that was signed by a judge in Superior Courts who has never heard or read any portion of my wrongful termination case? What do I need to do now? And should I have filed in Federal Courts instead?
