If I was fired and given a severance after signing an agreement is there anything I can do now?

What exactly would you like to do?

Sometimes, severance agreement can be invalidated, especially under those common circumstances where the employer puts the terminated employee on the spot, coercing him/her to sign the severance agreement right then and there, as generally you should be allowed an opportunity to consult independent counsel prior to accepting consideration for waiving certain rights (Release).
