Does an empoyer have to give equal holiday pay
MY employer pays 7 days of holiday pay to the office staff and none to the feild employees.Is this legal? They say well if you want there pay then we can have holiday pay also .What do i do???

An employer has no legal obligation to pay holiday pay. It is not illegal for an employer to treat different classes of employees differently with regard to benefits such as holiday pay so long as the differential treatment is not based on such things as race, gender, religion, etc.
