Legal Question in Employment Law in California
If I entered into a contract with a S Corp as a Work For Hire, but then find out that the company is not really a S Corp or any legal entity does that make the contract invalid?
1 Answer from Attorneys
The question is, "who can enforce the contract." Another party may or may not have standing, may or may not be a party, and may or may not be a third party beneficiary.
