Legal Question in Employment Law in California

What am I entitled to?

I am going before an EEOC mediator because my former employer retaliated against me when I made harassment and other complaints. I was removed from the schedule and then terminated 2 months later. That was 8 months ago. What would someone in my place typically be entitled to ask for while at this mediation and realistically expect to receive?
