Legal Question in Employment Law in California

What am I entitled to?

I am going before an EEOC mediator because my former employer retaliated against me when I made harassment and other complaints. I was removed from the schedule and then terminated 2 months later. That was 8 months ago. What would someone in my place typically be entitled to ask for while at this mediation and realistically expect to receive?

Hard to tell. Your question has very little facts to make a determination on whether you should expect an award. You should consult with an Attorney before your scheduled mediation.
