Equal Pay
I found a pay statement in the parking lot and thought it was mine, when I got home I found out it was a co workers. This male coworker who has less experience and time on the job makes about $1,000 more then me per year. In addition, I have greater responsibilities due being with the company for a year more then him yet he is paid more then me. I work for a company that is a good old boys club in regards to management but I never dreamed that it floated done to rank and file. Do I have a case for equal pay for equal work?
