Need to Execute a Writ
I have a judgement from the courts on my ex employer for failing to pay me. I would like to collect but I would need a writ of execute. What do I need to do to execute this? The amount is just under 15K but maybe more with interest.
Thank You!!

First you have to find some assets to attach, preferably liquid assets. Therefore you need a creditor's exam first. Call me directly for assistance 1.619.222.3504.
