exempt manager due overtime?
Help! Retail manager working for national chain.. told 42 hour week.. ending up 6 and 7 day workweek.. performs hourly duties over 75% of the time.. pressured constantly to come in on days off.. is there anything I can do?

Re: exempt manager due overtime?
If you aren't being paid overtime, you may be entitled to get more money. Otherwise, your option is to find a better job.
