Extortion of union dues

Has a union that has breached its duty to inform the employees of a represented bargaining unit of their General Motors and Beck rights but demands union membership as a condition of employment and has the employer checkoff union dues without authorization commited extortion and become liable for a civil action with a RICO count?

No. The apropriate claim is the filing of an Unfair Labor Practice Charge with the National Labor Relations Board
