Failed Medical payments/ HMO cancellation
All employees at our company have recieved notice of cancellation from our HMO provider, due to non-payment of policy. Our employer has and continues to deduct from our paycheck the premium for Medical and Dental benefits.
Please advice, as to wether this is something an individual should seek damages for, or/and something that needs to referred to State agency.

Report it to the state labor commissioner.
