Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Falsification of documents

I am in need of some help regarding a major telecommunications company's employment office practices. Among other things, I need to know what (if anything) can I do about the employment personnel (or office) falsifying wage scales on documents, before you are hired, that causes you to take a position(thinking the top pay highest)at the lowest on the scale, thinking you would be eligible for wage credit based on your prior exp. nd educ. only to find out after you are hired, that the wages were falsified, and the position you took ultimately was NOT highest paid nor did it recognize my qualifications, when the 3 other positions to choose from all would have recognized my degree w/ certificates and earned me a substantial wage credit. Do I have a case against them?? Which govt agency if any would have any jurisdiction over it??

Re: Falsification of documents

If you are disatisfied with the wage offered when hired then you have the option to not accept the offer.

I don't see any claim at all.
