Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Fellow employee threatened me with a knife!

While working as a waiter one night, a fellow employee pulled a large cutting knife on my son (in the back area) after getting upset when he was asked to move out of the way so that he could reach or the straws. Another employee saw the initial outrage of the man who pulled the knife. What should my son do -he doesn't feel safe!
