I'm not sure if this is a serious question, because it is a classic example of gender discrimination. If you are an employer and pay women less, based on the assumption that a woman cannot be a productive as a man, in any field, you will be sued. It is just a matter of time. If you are an employee who has been told this by your employer, schedule an appointment with an experienced employment law attorney in your area, as soon as possible.
