Female employee assaulted by male supervisor

As the only female employee working the swing shift, the only male supervisor physically grabbed me by my arm and yanked me out of my seat, in front of another employee. He bruised my arm so bad the next shift supervisor even took pics. I was new and kept quiet, Following monday the boss calls me in, can't believe the bruises, still on my arm... and that's that!

I never complained, but they NEVER disaplined him, in fact he was promoted.

Then the gunning started...ON ME!!!!

They were so worried I would do something, but they left him there alone with me the very next night!

And this was not the first time, several employees were involved in VERY inappropriate or physical contact with this idiot. and the co. knew about it all, and just fired me. Tried to say it was mistakes, but I covered my butt & when I confronted them about the truth, they ignored it.

Recently one of the truck drivers clocked the idiot THE COMPANY FIRED THE IDIOT SUPERVISOR! Like it's okay to BEAT ME UP, but not the precious MEN TRUCK DRIVERS!

Your messages is a little garbled but I think you said they finally fired the jerk, but you nare upset that they didn't do so when you complained. Sounds like there are places that would be better for you to be in. Maybe time to upadate the resume, contact the headhunters and move on to whwre you will be treated properly?
