Employers are prohibited from taking any adverse action, including termination, against an employee because that employee is pregnant. However, it is impossible in this forum to tell you the best way to "fight" your employer. Each case is different and requires an in depth factual analysis of the facts surrounding your claims.

If you feel your employer is trying to fire you because of your pregnancy, feel free to contact our offices at (877) 877-2545, or you can visit our website at www.sarnofflaw.com and complete our confidential online case evaluation questionnaire.
